| We need a minimum of 30 backpacks for needy Deer Park
Children. This is mostly for Elementary aged students with a handful going to
some Jr. High and Sr. High kids…Please keep that in mind when making your
purchases. Harris County helps with some of the needed school supplies but
listed below are ones that we do not receive help on and the schools say that
is what is needed. If you want to do the entire set, purchase one of each of
the school supplies and put them in the backpack. |

| Once all of the supplies are in, we would like to get
together somewhere for a couple of hours and package them all together. We also
want to take some pictures to document what we're doing as a club. This will be
most important for the Operation Iraqi Children Project as they want to see
pictures. There will even be an opportunity to interact by letter with some of
the U.S. Soldiers helping with this project as well as the children that are
receiving our donations. |
